FEMA was enacted by the Parliament of India in the winter session of 1999 to replace the Foreign Exchange Regulation Act (FERA) of 1973.

Foreign trade involves the trade of goods, services, and capital between two countries. Foreign investment is an investment made in a company from a source outside the country. SITE VERIFICATION

We provide site verification and Income Profing services for Financial Institutions. The clients include PNB Housing Finance, Fullerton Finance, Axis Bank, NHBS, etc. We have also done the site verification work for CRISIL.
